Farashih was founded by an inspiring Palestinian woman, who grew up in a family that loved Palestinian cooking and heritage. Since she was young, she has been collecting traditional recipes from her grandmother and mother, learning the secrets of authentic cooking that combines ancient flavors and high quality. Her dream was to transmit these flavors and heritage to future generations, and keep Palestinian culture alive in people’s hearts.

Mrs. Helen began her journey by preparing products in her home, where she used the best natural ingredients and was keen to provide an authentic taste that was exactly similar to the taste of the food she grew up with. Over time, her products became admired by many, and she began to think about expanding the scope of her work to reach a larger audience in the Emirates and abroad.
